Full Automatic Glass Double Round Edging Line

The minimum glass processing width of this production line is 40*40mm, and the maximum is 600*600mm. This production line greatly improves customers' processing efficiency, saves power consumption, and features stable operational performance. This production line can process home application glass and photovoltaic glass.

Horizontal Flat/Benttempering Furnace

• The flat/bent tempering furmace is a bi-direction machine. The glass can enter from both endsone end for fat glass, another end for bent glass.
• With mature bending technology, the bent curve and height is adjustable without any mouldwhich greatlyimproves the production effciency.
• We are able to design the machine as requested.

Full Automatic Glass Double Edging Line

• Spindle quantity as requirement. There can be 2-11spindles each side.
• Automatic glass loader, glass size and thicknessdetective table for option.
• Automatic safety corner function for option.

High Pressure Wind Blade Glass Washing Machine

• Suitable for cleaning and drying fat glassand low-e glass.
• With 3 pairs of air knives and convectiondrying system,the machine does not needheating air and there is no traces of waterleft on the corners of glass after drying.
• 3 pairs of high quality brushes.The height ofthe upper washing section can be adjusted.
• Washing speed can be up to 12-15m/min.

Vertical Straight Line Edging With 45°Chamfer

• This machine can process fat glass bottomedge,safety angle and 45°chamfer. 3 spindles or 5 spindles as a group for angle changing.

3-11 Heads Straight Line Beveling Machine

• Suitable for processing beveling edge onfat glass and mirror.
• Adopt pneumatic polishing system, timingbelt and high precision and stable motors.
• Manual, single chip, PLC system for option.

Glass Drilling Machine

• The lower drill can feed automatically while theupper drill is controlled either manually or automati-cally. The machine creates superior processingperformance and is suitable for both mass production and small-batch production.
• With oil buffer technology, the product quality isstable.
• Machine body is rigid and strong. Holes in differentdiameters can be fulflled.

CNC Glass Cutting Line

• With advanced control system and laser positioning fuction, the machine can detect theglass location in a short time even if the glass is randomly placed on the table. lt is driven bydouble seryo motor and thus creates performance with high speed and high accuracyCutting force can be adjusted linearly. The whole machine is stable and reliable.

Double Round Edging Machine

• With special-designed conveyor system, watercirculating system and PLC,the machine ischaracterized by its compact structure andstable performance. There are manual andautomatic operation modes under PLC system.

Glass Double Edging Machine

• Suitable for grinding fat edge for architecturalglass and household appliances glass.
• Rough grinding, fne grinding and polishingfor the two parallel edges and front/back arriscan be done in one-time process.
• Glass width range, corner cutting, pneumaticpolishing flm removing and safety angle func-tion for option or as requirement.
• PLC control system has both manual and auto-matic operation modes.
• Adopt linear guide rail, screw rod transmissionand frequency speed adjustment.
• Fast carriage moving function for option.

Flat Glass Tempering Furnace Radiation / Convection Type

• With BECKHOFF intelligent control system and professional hardware, the machine is smart and user-friendly. It also has remote control function to modify parameters and diagnose malfunctions. Optional convection device to toughen low-e glass.
• Thanks to the sophisticated heating control system, advanced heating element and matrix heat distribution system, the processed glass can be evenly heated.

Horizontal Washing And Drying Machine

• Suitable for washing and drying flat glass.
• Horizontal roller transmission and stepless speedregulation system.
• Installed with 3 pairs of brushes, 4 pairs of absor-bent cotton rolls and hot air drying system.
