Liaoda(LAD) Showcased Innovative Products at China Glass 2026

From April 7 to 10, Liaoda (LAD) Glass Machinery proudly participated in China Glass 2026 held in Shanghai, reaffirming our commitment to innovation and excellence in the global glass deep processing industry. As one of the most influential events in the sector, this exhibition offered an ideal platform for us to showcase our latest technological advancements to international buyers, partners and industry experts.

During the four-day event, Liaoda (LAD) attracted strong attention and high foot traffic at Booth N4-216. We showcased four flagship machines, each designed to meet the evolving needs of glass manufacturers around the world:

Mini double round edge glass edging line

The minimum glass processing size of this edging line is 40mm×40mm, while the maximum processing size is 600mm×600mm.

This production line delivers efficient, field-proven edging solutions for long glass strips, small glass blanks, home appliance glass and other glass workpieces.Fitted with CDQC motors, it achieves superior edge finish and precise dimensional accuracy at the same time.Equipped with a PLC control system, the line features straightforward operation.Built for inline continuous edging, it runs stably and reliably to support mass manufacturing. It lifts output capacity while lowering labor costs.Besides, the line offers excellent flexibility and satisfies edging demands for ultra-small glass sheets of various thicknesses.Combining stable running performance and versatile adaptability, this advanced processing line has won high favor from customers globally.

Glass Double Edging Machine SYNC Drive Series （One Station Double Wheels, Higher Efficiency)

Our newly launched series of glass double-sided edging machines adopts an innovative synchronous drive structure design: a single motor drives two grinding wheels simultaneously.This unique design effectively cuts down the number of stations and optimizes the overall machine structure, greatly boosting production efficiency while significantly lowering power consumption.Moreover, the series helps customers save valuable floor space and eases site layout constraints. Custom inline layouts, either straight-line or L-shaped, are available upon client request.

Glass Double Edging Machine with R Corner Function

This machine is engineered for inline chamfering with R sizes ranging from R1 to R10, and it is compatible to work in tandem with glass double edging machine or glass double round edging machine. Boasting a compact footprint, this machine supports simplified, easy operation with improved chamfering speed. It significantly boosts production efficiency while complying with standardized processing procedures. Optimized for rounded corners, round square corners and C-chamfers of small-size glass, this machine is highly suitable for home appliance and electronic product manufacturing.

Moreover, flat glass processed with R or C chamfers delivers the following distinct advantages:

Eliminates sharp corners that may cause injuries
Reduces chipping and breakage during transportation and installation
Ensures more uniform stress distribution after tempering

Vertical Glass Straight Edging Machine With 45°Chamfer---Double Angle Tilting Series

We also present our best-selling vertical glass straight edging machine. Differentiated from conventional models, this equipment is equipped with two sets of swingable frames, enabling adjustable processing angles from 90° down to 45°. Compared to previous models, this machine is equipped with two swinging frames whose angle can be adjusted from 90 degree to 45 degree. This precision edging machine integrates flat edging and chamfering in one pass. All instructions can be set on the touchscreen with PLC system. It’s widely used for high-end glass products where demanding polishing and aesthetic details are both critical.
