China Glass 2024, which is the most professional exhibition for glass industrial technique in China, took place on April 25 to 28 at Shanghai New international (SNlEC). It was a resounding success, bringing together industry leaders, innovators, and enthusiasts from around the globe.

The event, hosted by The Chinese Ceramic Society and organized by Beijing Zhonggui Exhibition Co.Ltd., has attracted 126,381 attendances from 136 countries and regions, enjoying an remarkable growth in all dimensions.

We, Liaoda(LAD) Glass Machinery, felt honored to participate in the China Glass 2024. As a leading company in the field of glass processing machine, we showcased our latest products and technique and had the opportunity to engage deeply with industry experts, customers, and partners.

At this exhibition, we presented our flagship glass machines, including Fully-Automatic Servo Motor Controlled Glass Double Edging Line, High Pressure Glass Washing and Drying Machine, and 12 Motors Glass Straight-line Edging Machine. These products attracted significant attention from attendees and received widespread acclaim.

Fully-Automatic Servo Motor Controlled Glass Double Edging Line is our brand new product with upgrade technique in automation and grinding precision. The edgers adopts permanent magnet motors for rough grinding and a group of CDQC motors for fine grinding and polishing, which can create a stable and high efficient performance. With a full set of servo mechanism, the machine operation including grinding, conveying and carriage movement, can be controlled accurately and intelligently. Auto feeding functions for grinding and polishing make it much easier for automation.

The machine adopts high quality iron casting and motor carriages. They guarantee high rigidity of machine base and smooth movement of grinding motors.

Our High Pressure Glass Washing and Drying Machine is upgraded with a Siemens PLC and more improvements on the details design. Adopting all-inclusive vulcanized rubber rollers for conveying, the machine ensures a lifetime lifespan and durable operation. Moreover, a high power centrifugal blower with converter and the sophisticated filter design efficiently improve the power utilization and save energy. We continue to provide a more healthier and lower noise working environment by designing the thick sound-insulating box and panel.

Here comes another star product onsite in the exhibition: 12 Motors Glass Straight-line Edging Machine With 45 Degree Chamfer. It has strong and high rigid iron casting machine base, light and quality aluminum glass support rack, and a durable conveying rail. They make up the rational structure of glass edging machine. And the PLC control system with touchscreen is a great helper for any new worker to operate the machine for its automation. With a group of 5 angle-adjusting motors, it has two function: one for grinding flat edge with arris, the other for grinding typical 45 degree bevel.

During the exhibition, we engaged in face-to-face discussions with numerous potential customers and partners, gathering valuable feedback. These interactions not only help us improve our products but also lay a solid foundation for future collaborations.
